MIKE RAU

CEO

Mike has over 36 years of water utility management and engineering experience from a variety of perspectives. Mike has the unique experience as a utility manager of a public and private utility with extensive experience working with WI PSC on numerous rate cases and establishing the state’s only voluntary water utility.

TOM NENNIG

President

Tom has over 26 years of civil engineering experience dealing with a variety of water and wastewater projects. He specializes in the design and operation of water distribution and storage facilities, including water supply and treatment projects.

JIM VOIGT

Operations Manager

Jim has over 20 years of experience working in all facets of the Utility industry. Jim specializes in management and operations of our utilities focused on providing exceptional customer service in the field as well as within each community.

JASMINE CARTER-WARD

Business Manager

Jasmine specializes in overall Utility organization. Jasmine is focused on utility customer service, meter reading and billing, administrative tasks including human resources, payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and capital planning.

ERIC FULSAAS

Professional Engineer

Eric is a Wisconsin Licensed Professional Engineer and has over 6 years of civil engineering experience within the Utility industry. Eric works with water utilities on a variety of projects, including Water Main Design, GIS Asset Management, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) studies, and Public Service Commission (PSC) financial projections. Through his work in multiple utilities and municipalities, Eric is proficient in several Utility Billing Systems and Meter Reading Systems. Eric is also a Wisconsin Certified Water Utility Operator – Distribution (Grade 1) and Groundwater (Grade T).

MIRANDA DURBIN

Engineer

Miranda has 3 years of civil engineering experience encompassing multiple aspects of the Utility industry. Miranda assists in project management, buried utility infrastructure design, plan review and inspection. She works with water utilities on projects such as developing Utility Master Plans and annual Utility programs including Lead and Copper replacement, cross connection inspections and meter replacements.

Andy’s expertise includes Wisconsin Certified Water Utility Operator (Distribution and Groundwater), Valve Turning (Manually and Hydraulic/Electric), Main Break Repair, Uni-directional Flushing, Utility Locating (Metallic and Radio-detection), Acoustic Surveying – Non revenue water loss studies, Construction Inspection, and Meter Replacement.

Martell’s expertise includes Valve Turning (Manually and Hydraulic/Electric), Main Break Repair, Water Quality Flushing, Utility Locating (Metallic and Radio-detection), Cross Connection Inspection Surveys, Meter Reading (walk-by and drive-by systems), and Meter Replacement.
